Carnavalis Brazil’s largest annual festival; people dance, sing, eat, drink, and celebrate euphorically for days on end. MIM’s “Carnaval and Beyond” will capture some of the holiday’s euphoria in demonstrations of authentic Brazilian dances, costumes, music, art, and drums. This special event will be unlike anything Arizona has ever experienced. Imagine the pure magnetic bliss of the largest party in the world! Festivities will include “stopping points” where guests of all ages can get a firsthand experience in Brazilian martial arts, drumming, and dancing, plus several educational workshops and demos.
